vWorker Review

» Post Project on vWorker

Formerly known as RentACoder, minimilistic in design but powerful in content and site offering. It was a smart move to change the name, otherwise they'd be limiting themselves to only 'renting a coder'.

An Inc 5000 company from 2007 thru 2010. Although not a secret anymore, VIRTUAL WORKER in my opinion, it's definitely one of the most underrated website locations for hiring a programmer. You can find v Workers from all over the world looking for contract work.

Only vWorker gives you a free money-back guarantee on any project! vWorker claims to be 10%-35% cheaper vs odesk in fees, they urge you to post more to save more. Nonetheless, I've had great experience outsourcing on vworker, they have a great feedback rating system as well.

I found a bunch of programmers to help me develop the site YouSTFU.com which I later sold and no longer own. But it has a bunch of nice custom features such as a Postcard & Greeting CardGenerator, Facebook Connect Integration, Zazzle API for selling gifts.

VWorker is agile profitable and stable company with tremendous upside. They offer live support via the phone 7 days a week, you wont get that anywhere else. They did a nice job setting up informative comprehensive comparison charts for employers to review the pros and cons of doing business with vWorker vs 99designs, Elancer, Freelancer, Guru or oDesk.
